Just wanted to let you know that Monday I used the Betty Mills website to order a 2010 diary for my grandfather in LA. I was so impressed that he received it the very next day (even though on the website it says 2-3 business days for shipping). I was also impressed that this same diary was out of stock at our local Office Depot and also Office Depot online, but was available at Betty Mills. Keep up the good work!!
