Never have we experienced better service. The replacement can arrived today. We couldn't believe it, and couldn't be more pleased. I've made a number of purchases with Betty Mills and each time the sales staff have been patient and very helpful. Because of a failure on my part to properly measure some window openings, I had to change my order, and you came to my aid. When I complete the installation of all the awnings in my home, my house is going to look outstanding, because of the Betty Mills products. Neighors have already commented on what a great idea the designer awnings are and how they add to exterior's appearance - very Mediterrian.
