Central DelawareHousingCollaborative:House of Hope

The Central Delaware Housing Collaborative (CDHC) is a recently formed nonprofit organization that was formed out of the Dover Mayor’s Task Force on Homelessness. The CDHC has engaged the talents of many agencies and business representatives to expand the supply of emergency shelter, transitional housing and affordable housing into which individuals may move when they secure stable income and personal skills needed for me to transition out of homelessness and decrease the reentry rate. The House of Hope can provide shelter for up to 16 women at a time. Clients will have access to three bathrooms, a kitchen, gathering room, dining area, laundry room, and a resource room.
