Wyoming Rescue Mission

The Wyoming Rescue Mission practices restorative hospitality to serve and empower all members of our community in need of refuge, recovery, and rehabilitation. Whether homeless, in need of immediate shelter, or pursuing long-term transformation, we aim to equip every guest with independence and dignity. Shelter is available for those in distress at Park Street Center, 230 N. Park St. All those in need of an overnight stay or a long-term program residency are welcome. Emergency services are provided for men, women and children. This program gives an opportunity for our guests to get back on their feet. To help facilitate this, the Mission serves meals, provides laundry services, showers and individualized case management in a clean, safe environment. Mercy services is a program developed for those men and women who have lost services but are still in need. We offer that person showers, food and a safe place to sleep. The Wyoming Rescue Mission offers a Discipleship Recovery Program for men and women struggling with addiction in the Casper area. This program is a Bible-based recovery model (one-year program broken up into three, four-month phases). The Discipleship Program at the Wyoming Rescue Mission offers long-term transitional housing for the duration of the program. The last phase of the program gives opportunity for transition into independent living. This program, while addressing drug and/or alcohol issues, also provides referrals to address any medical, emotional, psychological and/or mental health needs. While working the 12 Steps in a Biblical model, the participant will be in a recovery-minded community with case management and Biblical counseling as they work on being restored as healthy, productive men and women.
