The Salvation Army Anaheim Emergency Shelter

Providing care and aid for those living on the fringes of society is at the heart of The Salvation Army's mission. Our officers, staff, and volunteers work with individuals every day to assist them out of homelessness and along a path to recovery. Individuals who seek help through The Salvation Army programs receive a holistic approach. We provide individuals with physical, emotional and spiritual support to help them make the changes necessary to transform their own life. The Anaheim Emergency Shelter is 225 bed, low barrier emergency shelter for men and women in Orange County. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may stay at the shelter during the day to stay off the streets. This shelter provides breakfast and dinner 365 days a year (currently also serving lunch to those who choose to stay on site during the day) and receives limited food and produce donations throughout the year.
