Benjamin's House Emergency Shelter

Located in Rice Lake, WI, Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter was founded by concerned members of the community who recognized the growing need for emergency housing. The shelter opened in 2011 and serves homeless residents of Barron County. We are a 90-day program shelter and we provide food, shelter and case management to help individuals get back on their feet and become self-sufficient again. We are 100% supported by donations and take no state or federal funding. The ultimate aim is not just to provide a roof and bed for the night but to help those we serve integrate themselves back into society in a positive fashion.
