A Little Bit of Heaven

A Little Bit of Heaven (ALBOH) is an Emergency Overnight Shelter located on the far south side of Chicago. ALBOH is contracted by the Department of Family Support Services to provide shelter, food, clothing, personal hygiene items and referrals with other supportive services for 50, adult males each night. Our population consists of: Veterans, mentally challenged, ex-offenders, unemployed and the under-employed.

What we need most

The foods that are most needed at our shelter are: eggs, milk, bread, sugar, flour, corn meal, cooking oil, butter/margarine.
