The Mission at Kern County

The Mission at Kern County’s purpose is to provide an environment conducive to the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the homeless clients we serve by showing the love of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to provide those who are chronically homeless or at risk the tools to become healthy, functioning and productive citizens. We are committed to helping both men and women understand the root causes of their homelessness and addictions and then assist them in rebuilding their lives. This is done through our Homeless Intervention Services, Recovery Programs and Transitional Housing.
