The top foam layer is crafted with Visco Gel Polymer Technology (VGPT™), an open-cell visco memory foam infused with gel polymers. This advanced VGPT™ layer offers rapid heat dissipation, excellent pressure redistribution, and significantly increased breathability compared to traditional foam. For those concerned about heel pressure, the sloped heel section effectively reduces pressure and enhances blood circulation by redistributing the load from the heel to the less vulnerable lower leg.

The mattress features a stretch nylon top cover that is fluid resistant, anti-microbial/anti-bacterial, breathable, and fire retardant, ensuring safety and hygiene. For added versatility, the Protekt® Supreme Support can be easily transformed into a dynamic powered air mattress with the optional alternating pressure pump.
