ORDERING & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping. All cancellations may be subject to a handling fee.
DELIVERY OF YOUR SHED UNIT
All sheds and storage buildings are shipped directly from the manufacturer within 5-10 business days. Upon shipping, an email notification is generated by The Betty Mills Company containing tracking information, which can be used to track orders online using shippers’ websites.
Upon arrival at the delivery terminal, the freight line will make contact by telephone in order to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
For residential orders shipped by freight truck, standard delivery is to the curbside only and not inside the home or garage. “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery to the curb at the end of the driveway only. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into the house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
If you do have any special requests such as delivery to the garage or backyard, there may be additional fees incurred. Special arrangements and fee payment must be made directly with the carrier at the time of delivery scheduling. In addition, the consumer is directly responsible to the carrier for any additional charges in cases of missed appointments and/or re-delivery. All additional delivery charges are to be paid directly to the carrier. A signature upon delivery is required.
Upon delivery of the shed or storage building and prior to signing acceptance of the delivery, please inspect the packaging for any obvious damage. Only sign the bill of receipt from the carrier if there is no obvious damage to the packaging and only if all the boxes are present. In the unlikely event there is damage to the packaging or the order is incomplete, please DO NOT accept delivery.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the nature of the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the repair/replacement process.
It is important to inspect the unit immediately to ensure you have received the correct number of items. In the unlikely event there are missing and/or defective items, please contact The Betty Mills Customer Support Department immediately at 1-800-238-8964. The Betty Mills Company will make every effort to resolve any problems experienced with the shed or storage building.
