Ideal for toes, toe pads, the arch, ankle, heel and any other part of the foot prone to blisters. This is 1 (one) box containing 30 individually wrapped Beige colored Blister Prevention Strips. Not just for athletes, Blister Prevention Tape is used by dancers, military and law enforcement professionals too. Easy to take on the go. Once you ensure the paper backing is intact, simply tear off a precut tape strip from the tape roll. Small and flat enough to carry in a pocket or purse. Blister Prevention Tape is safe to be used daily. For best results, clean the affected area with rubbing alcohol before applying the tape and let dry. To remove the strip, do not rip it off. Begin by peeling the tape up at a corner. Use one hand to hold the skin down where the tape is being pulled off while the other gently and slowly pulls the tape up.
