Blickman's secure care hamper is a square chrome hamper that travels easily on 3" hard rubber casters with brakes. This model supports 36-42 gallon multi-purpose bags with a solid bottom shelf providing extra security for heavy loads. Its' poly-coated steel lid opens using a foot-operated lift mechanism. This model includes a storage pouch.
