I haev used these enema bucks for years! For both water and coffee enemas. I have tried different styles including glass and stainless steel but these are by far the easiest and preferred to use. The tubing is also the BEST i have found and used. I do recommend purchasing a separate clamp to use w/ the hose, i also keep reusing mine and just get rid of the slider thing that comes with this one.
