Baseline® Finger Goniometer - Metal - 1-Finger Design - 6", 25-Pack

This finger goniometer is a metal, 1-finger design tool for measuring range of motion in finger joints and other small joints, including toes. It works well for therapists who want to take measurements with one hand while keeping the other hand free to stabilize the patient or record results. This 6 inch stainless steel version includes opposing measures from 110 degrees flexion through 40 degrees hyper-extension in 5 degree increments, plus a linear scale in inches and centimeters.

Good Fit For

  • Hand therapy and rehabilitation settings
  • Range-of-motion measurement of finger joints
  • Small joint assessment including toes
  • Workflows where one-handed measurement is helpful

Key Features

  • 1-finger design supports one-handed measurement during ROM checks
  • Made of stainless steel for a durable metal construction
  • Measures finger joints and other small joints, including toes
  • Opposing measures cover 110 degrees flexion through 40 degrees hyper-extension
  • 5 degree increments help with consistent ROM readings
  • Linear arm scale shows both inches and centimeters

Applications and Usage

  • Measuring metacarpophalangeal joint range of motion
  • Checking interphalangeal joint range of motion
  • Assessing toe and other small joint movement
  • Recording ROM while the therapist stabilizes the patient with the other hand

Packaging and Handling

  • Packaging: CS.
  • Size: 10cm.
  • Material: Stainless Steel.
  • This model uses a 1-finger design, which differs from standard finger goniometers that require two hands for measurement.
  • The measurement range is specific to small-joint ROM work, from 110 degrees flexion through 40 degrees hyper-extension.
  • Readings are marked in 5 degree increments rather than single-degree increments.
