I have ordered Vyaire cannulas many times and, unfortunately, these are not as nice as the ones I ordered before. Let me clearly state that my previous orders were from another company, and I went to reorder they emailed me that Vyaire was no longer manufacturing my favorite item. These cannulas are very hard almost brittle and do not stay on my ears. My previous ones were very soft and very flexible. Please note that this was my first order from Betty Mills and I must say that if they had a similar cannula I would order from them again, very fast shipping.
