Peas and carrots, decent taste. I'll usually hit with a pinch of sugar to help flavor. I use it to assemble small TV dinners for my wife. Usually a meat or main entrée, a veggie and starch such as russet potato or sweet potato, all pureed of course. If you're running out of ideas or need an easy way to have dinner for those with swallowing issues, this is a very nice solution.
