Unlike urethane or acrylic top coats that are applied after the mat is produced, Dyna-Shield is manufactured into the mat to provide a long-wearing protection to the sponge anti-fatigue mat. Dyna-Shield also enables the mat to outperform competitive "laminated" mats in tear resistance and tensile strength.
