A concentrated, low foaming, high alkaline cleaner/degreaser, formulated specifically to remove greasy soils, sugar, salt, fat, protein and carbonized build up from deep fat fryers. Completely emulsified soil is easily rinsed away with clear water, leaving the surface residue free.
