Shopping:
Shopping is easy at Betty Mills. We have designed the website to be very simple to use. You can either click the categories on the left hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your purchase. Betty Mills accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also accept payment by check by mail.

At The Betty Mills Company, we do our best to provide the most accurate and timely information on our products and services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high degree of electronics automation, software, and human contact, it is possible that an occasional error or errors may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s), Betty Mills has the absolute right to disallow any transaction by a user of the Betty Mills business or website, in which Betty Mills would be adversely affected. That may include the cancellation of order(s) placed with our company, as well as the cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or receipt by our customer(s).

We reserve the right at any time to collect from customers, the value of any amount(s) received unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Betty Mills Website, products shipped in error or otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders:
Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

APO/FPO:
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Betty Mills will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Betty Mills is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exceptions to this are products from our outdoors category. Cancellation for outdoor product s must either be called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid any additional shipping cost.
