How do I find the products I need?
There are several ways to locate products. From the left hand side of our homepage you may:
  • Enter keywords into our search box
  • Browse our general categories or click into our Office Products Store
  • Search all products by manufacturer
Please keep in mind we sometimes use the same product picture to depict a family of products. It is important to read the item descriptions thoroughly to ensure you have selected the correct products.
Who can I call if I need help selecting products?
If you have questions or are having difficulty finding the right products for your needs, Betty Mills sales consultants are available toll free, weekdays between 6:00am-4:30pm PST at 800-Betty Mills (800-238-8964). You may also email our helpdesk with questions. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need to register for a Betty Mills Account?
Anyone can order from Betty Mills! While a login name and password are not required to order, we do give you the option to register a login account with us. When logged into your account, you can look up and/or print all past orders.

For your convenience, upon placing your first order, we will email to you a temporary login and password that you can use on subsequent orders.
How do I sign up for a Betty Mills account?
You can automatically set up an account by placing your first order with Betty Mills. Additionally you can also sign up via the registration box. In either case, we will email your new login information to you. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view all past orders placed with us. For security purposes, you will remain logged in as long as your browser program is running. If you quit your browser program or reboot your computer, you will need to login to Betty Mills the next time you visit it.
How do I begin ordering?
As soon as you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase follow these simple steps:
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your cart.
  • Click "View Cart" to preview and/or adjust your cart contents.
  • When you're done shopping, click the "Check Out" button.
  • Enter your billing and shipping information and submit the order to us for processing.
That's it!
Do you accept purchase orders on net terms or checks?
Betty Mills does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please fax it to us at 650-443-5201. Otherwise please complete our Betty Mills Credit Application or request it here via our online form. For fastest turnaround, please fax or email your initial purchase order with your credit application.

If you are a reseller and would like to request tax exemption, please complete the Tax Exemption Certificate and fax to 650-443-5201.

Payment by check or check-by-phone:
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your Betty Mills shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address below with your check or money order payable to The Betty Mills Company. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.
Do you accept APO/FPO orders?
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Betty Mills will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Betty Mills is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations. APO orders can take up to 3 weeks for processing depending on the purchase. Please contact our Customer Service department to find out exact shipping times. International shipments require a forwarding carrier, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
  • To ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders must subtotal $500 or more
  • To ship internationally orders must subtotal $1,000 or more

What shipping charges should I expect?
The Betty Mills Company uses 3 delivery methods. Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Shipping charges vary by the amount, size and/or weight of items in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed. All items in our Sheds & Outdoor category are shipped free!

Are my orders secure?
To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we provide secure online ordering using advanced encryption and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL works by scrambling your name, phone number, credit card number and order information so that only your browser and Betty Mills can decipher it. You must have a browser that supports SSL (i.e. Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer) to order from us online.
